Emilia graduated with a Visual Arts degree in Ceramics from the Australian National University in 2002 and has since been pursuing her love of working with clay based art in various corners of the world. Living and working in the UK since 2006, Emilia enjoys the creative interaction and problem solving that ensues from being a ceramic artist and teacher when working in a medium that has seemingly endless possibilities. She specialises in throwing and glaze technology, but has also worked on projects with large scale sculpture, public art and assisted fine artists with their projects in ceramics. She has taught ceramics at university, in schools, as well as in mental health, occupational therapy and many pottery studios over 20 years.
