Melanie Bellis
Melanie was born in South Yorkshire and now lives and works in London. She trained as an Artist and Printmaker at Norwich School of Art. Her work explores urban and industrial landscapes, and the architecture and man-made structures that populate them. She draws on-site, working from observation, then develops her drawings into etchings. Melanie is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers, and has exhibited across the UK and Internationally, including being selected several times for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition. Her work is held in a number of collections, including the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford, and the V&A and British Museums in London.
