Simon Fernandez
Simon graduated from Richmond American University in 1997 with a degree in Fine Art and Photography.
Since then Simon has pursued a career in editorial and portraiture photography, picture editing and black and white darkroom work. Gaining industry knowledge and experience over the years by shooting for various clients such as Mojo Magazine, Vice, The Imperial War Museum, and Channel 4.
Simon has maintained his black and white darkroom practice by also working for some of London’s best known professional darkrooms.
Keen to explore older photography processes such as Cyanotypes, Gum Prints and Bromoils, he continues to experiment in the darkroom to merge old and new printing techniques.
