Sophie Ambrose
Sophie Ambrose is a published children’s book author and illustrator. She graduated from Kingston’s Illustration & Animation degree, gaining Highly Commended in the prestigious Macmillan Prize for Illustration. Her first book, The Lonely Giant was published in 2016 when The Sunday Times mentioned Sophie as ‘One to watch.’ Bedtime for Albie was published in 2019. Both books are published by Walker Books. Sophie has also illustrated for design and advertising clients and enjoys teaching illustration, drawing and painting to adults and running author illustrator workshops in schools.
